Natural_Progression_sketchesI thought it was time to introduce you all to Dialogues of Wind and Bamboo. I am honored to one of the artists involved in this exciting project which will culminate in a culturally packed event on the 21st June this year in The Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh. As we speak (well, maybe not right this minute… I’m not that great at multi-tasking…) I am attempting to do the maths to work out the amount of bamboo shoots I will need to build the installation. I never was all that good at maths. I am, however, extremely good at solving any mathematical problem with Trigonometry. This doesn’t mean that I end up with any kind of useful answer but it’s a skill none the less, don’t you think?
